* คุณวุฒิที่ผู้สมัครใช้ในการสมัครสอบ ฯ ผู้ช่วยผู้พิพากษา
ต้องได้รับการรับรองจาก ก.ต. ทั้งคุณวุฒิ(หลักสูตร)และ
มหาวิทยาลัยตามรายละเอียดที่ปรากฏในประกาศนี้เท่านั้น

** การสมัครสอบ ฯ ผู้ช่วยผู้พิพากษาโดยใช้คุณวุฒิ(หลักสูตร)ที่ ก.ต.
ยังไม่เคยรับรองแม้ว่าจะเป็นหลักสูตรของมหาวิทยาลัยที่
ก.ต. เคยรับรองหลักสูตรอื่นมาแล้ว
หรือ ใช้คุณวุฒิ(หลักสูตร)ที่มีชื่อเหมือนกับรายชื่อ
หลักสูตรที่ ก.ต.รับรองของมหาวิทยาลัยอื่นแล้ว

แต่หากหลักสูตรของมหาวิทยาลัยดังกล่าวนี้ ก.ต. ยังไม่เคยรับรอง
ย่อมถือว่าเป็นการสมัครโดยใช้คุณวุฒิและ/หรือ
มหาวิทยาลัยที่ ก.ต. ยังไม่เคยรับรอง
จะทำให้ผู้สมัครมีคุณสมบัติไม่ครบถ้วนตามมาตรา ๒๗ (๑) หรือ มาตรา ๒๘ (๒) (ก) (ข)
และ (ค)
แห่งพระราชบัญญัติระเบียบข้าราชการฝ่ายตุลาการศาลยุติธรรม พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๓
และระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องแล้วแต่กรณี
ดังนั้น ผู้สมัครในกรณีดังกล่าวข้างต้นต้องดำเนินการยื่นคำขอให้ ก.ต. พิจารณาเพื่อรับรองคุณวุฒิและ/หรือมหาวิทยาลัยด้วย
*** ก.ต. มีอำนาจพิจารณารับรองหรือเพิกถอนคุณวุฒิและ/หรือมหาวิทยาลัย
แม้ในกรณีที่เป็นคุณวุฒิหรือมหาวิทยาลัยที่ ก.ต.
รับรองแล้วก็ตามเมื่อเห็นว่ามีคุณสมบัติไม่เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่ ก.ต. กำหนด
