สอบถาม Rated Voltage ครับ

คือระบบไฟฟ้า 115 KV

system information,
nominal system voltage (Un) =  115 KV
Highest voltage of equipment (Um) 123 KV

Electrical data,
Rated voltage (Ur) = 108 KV

อยากทราบว่า 108 KV มีที่มาอย่างไรครับ มีสูตรการหาตายตัวหรือเปล่า

Rated AC voltage might be the nominal voltage at which a piece of electrical equipment is designed to operate. In the case of a light, heater or motor,  the operation at the rated voltage would provide the rated performance. Most equipment can operate at 5 or 10% above or below the rated voltage without much change in performance.

แปลว่า Rated Voltage เป็นแรงเคลื่อนไฟฟ้าที่อุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าใช้โดยที่ไม่ลดการทำงานของอุปกรณ์นั้นๆลง
เครื่องไฟฟ้าส่วนมากจะทำงานได้ดีถ้าแรงเคลื่อนไฟฟ้าเพิ่มหรือลดลงไม่เกิน 5 หรือ 10 เปอร์เซนต์
